My apologies, my priorities have been skewed since the runway finale in March. I have been very busy trying to make sense of the manufacturing world. When it comes to designing and producing a one-of-a-kind garment, I am a pro, but unfortunately there is much more to the fashion industry than that. I am in the process of getting my one-of-a-kind garments produced into one-of-a-kind garments that everyone can love and afford. Believe me, I am the thriftiest shopper than you will ever meet, so I know that paying hundreds of dollars for a dress is insanity. My garments are all made from vintage and recycled materials and I am unable to produce any of the garments ever again, which makes them very special. Each garment holds a special place in my heart. So please bare with me, clothing will be available for purchase very soon at a price that everyone can afford!
Hatch Market 2009 was a great success!! I want to give a shout out to Melanie, Jessica, and all the Scoop crew for a job well done. There was tons of great music, a successful fashion show, tons of crafty vendors with amazing goodness to share, giveaways, BBQ, funnel cakes, and much more!! Mamie Ruth Designs was in full force with tons of new jewelry designs, adorable onsies, cute shirts for your pup, and lots of clothes for sale. I will be participating in ICE (Indie Craft Experience) in Atlanta, Georgia May 29th, and 30th, in Centennial Park. There will be even more new bling and fashionable duds for you to check out. Believe me, you don’t want to miss this show. :)
